On Tues, Oct. 7, 2008, 5:00-6:45 pm in
CBA 3.304, the MIS BBA Program will hold the
MIS Career Networking event, sponsored by PricewaterhouseCoopers.

McCombs freshmen, sophomores, and undeclared students will meet a variety of recruiters. Experienced MIS professionals from companies
such as Alvarez and Marsal, Bazaarvoice, Cerner, ConocoPhillips, Credera Consulting, Deloitte Consulting, National Instruments, Pariveda Solutions, PwC, Sense Corp, Shell, Southwest Airlines, SunGard, and Wal-Mart will each have a table. Teams of 4-5 students will spend 10 minutes per table, asking recruiters about MIS companies, cultures, jobs and internships. Attending this MIS event is a great way to learn about many of the companies recruiting for MIS majors and minors.

5:00-5:15 - Welcome and introductions
5:15-5:30 - Company overviews
5:30-6:30 - Network with MIS professionals!
6:30 - Dinner from Hoa Hoa

Due to safety restrictions,there is space for only 60 students!
First come, first served!

Industry volunteers should park at the Brazos Street Garage.
