What work brought you to your job today?

I am a part of the ConocoPhillips New Hire Program,a 2 year program in which each new hire rotates through 3 different positions. I am currently in my third role. My two previous jobs were .Net webapplicationdevelopment (usingC#)and SAP testing automation.

What do you do in your current job?

I am an operations coordinator for the ConocoPhillips Upstream Information Services organization. I work with the Upstream Leveraged Information services Leadership team to coordinate various operations initiatives.

What do you value from your MIS education?

I value the communication and project management skills acquired during my time at UT. I also value my understanding of basic programming.

What is your advice for current students?

Explore and discover what you really enjoy. When you're looking for your first job, you will be able to communicate your interests and, as a result, get to do something you are passionate about.
